1. First complete our application, supplying the basic info necessary to create your affiliate profile and id.

To become a Cajun Chess Affiliate, you must agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. We reserve the right to reject any web site if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that promotes violence, discrimination, or unlawful activity.
2. Artificially producing or "bolstering" click-throughs by the use of special re-direct scripts, programs, 'bots' or other automated methods, or in any way "cheating" or "tricking the system", shall invalidate this agreement and render the Affiliate in-eligible to receive any payments.
3. You/your website or business and Cajun Chess are independent contractors. Nothing in our association will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.
4. Cajun Chess reserves the right to terminate this agreement any time, for any reason, in writing or by e-mail, with thirty (30) days notice to Affiliate.
